Kosta M. Zinis, DO
Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Zinis has been practicing orthopedics since 1993 and has been in private practice since 1997. He is the founder of Mountainview Orthopedics, PC.
Dr. Zinis earned his medical degree (D.O.) from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, and was a Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine scholarship recipient. He was also selected by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese to serve on the Medical Mission Team in Uganda, Africa. Afterwards, he completed a traditional rotating internship and a family practice residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital and Bi-County Community Hospital in Highland Park, Michigan. A second residency in orthopedic surgery followed at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Prior to joining Mountain View Orthopedics, PC, Dr. Zinis practiced general orthopedics and sports medicine for several years in Aurora, Colorado.
Dr. Zinis is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Physicians.
